Bisogna essere realisti specialmente in questo momento non proprio roseo in cui versa il mercato immobiliare in alcune zone di Italia. Perchè se vi sono città nelle quali il mercato e i prezzi tengono, ve ne sono altre bloccate. Inutile se non controproducente a parer mio gonfiare le stime e illudere i proprietari di casa di poter fare degli affari vendendo ad un buon prezzo. Chi vuole veramente vendere in questo momento non può fare altro che adeguare la sua richiesta alla reale situazione di mercato. Sarà antipatico questo mio discorso ma preferisco essere sincera con i miei clienti. Lo so, non fa senz'altro piacere vedersi "svalutare" la propria casa, ma io preferisco non essere presa in giro, e voi?
